Important Info for Away-Tickets

You may NOT order tickets for away matches through both FC Schalke 04 AND the Schalke FanClub UK!!!!

If you do, we (Schalke FanClub UK) will be unable to allocate tickets to you because the system (at FC Schalke 04) will not release them.

The individuals concerned have been contacted again and asked to rectify this; however, should it happen again, we will revoke any ticket allocations and will not provide any further tickets for the remainder of the season.

It creates an unnecessary and frustrating extra workload for us when the system fails to release the tickets—not to mention that the time windows provided by Schalke for requesting tickets are always quite tight.
